Ingredients
- 10 stalks asparagus, green
- 10 strips bacon
- Parmesan
- Black pepper, coarsely ground
- Crema di Balsamico
- 2 slices brown bread, toasted, buttered
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt flakes

- Preheat the gas grill (or oven top / bottom heat) to 200 degrees.
- Break off the lower ends of the asparagus, then wrap each stick diagonally from bottom to top with a slice of bacon.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (I use a perforated pizza tray). Place the wrapped asparagus stalks next to each other on the tray with a small gap and place them in the grill / oven for about 10 minutes. When the bacon starts to get crispy, pour the coarsely grated Parmesan cheese over it and bake briefly.
- Arrange in portions on plates, pepper (I use Melange Noir from Altes Gewürzamt) and a few sprinkles of crema di balsamico over it.
- In addition, the toasted black bread with butter and sea salt flakes and a glass of wine.
