Ingredients

  • 150 g quark (low-fat quark or 20%)
  • 2 tablespoon milk or mineral water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (then acacia honey)
  • some cinnamon
  • 3 prunes, pitted, diced
  • 1 tablespoon nuts, roasted and chopped
  • some vanilla pulp

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with milk or mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, maple syrup or honey and the spices. Mix in the diced plums and roasted nuts.
  2. Delicious for breakfast (also as a spread) or as a snack in between.
  3. Note: Fits well with the GLYX diet, as it is high in protein and low in fat and only allowed carbohydrates are used.
