Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 100 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For the topping: (pudding and sour cream layer)
- 375 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 2 cups sour cream
For the topping: (cherries)
- 1 large glass cherry (s)
- 2 packs cake icing, red

- Mix together the soft butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs well. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a springform pan (do not use silicone). Then bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
- In the meantime, cook a pudding. But only use 375 ml milk and 2 tablespoon sugar. Stir the two cups of sour cream into the still warm pudding.
- After baking, leave the cake in the springform pan and pour the warm pudding onto the still warm base. Then spread the drained cherries on top. Bring 1/2 l cherry juice with 2 packets of cake glaze to the boil and spread over the cherries. Let the cake cool in the pan.
- The cherry cake only tastes really good the next day.
