Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 0.5 liter ½ cream
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 teaspoon orange (n) peel
- 150 grams sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 ml brandy
- 100 ml orange liqueur

- Heat the milk, cream, vanilla pod and orange peel slowly. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Take out the vanilla pod and orange peel and stir the egg mixture into the non-boiling milk mixture. Do not boil anymore. Then stir in the brandy and orange liqueur ready.
