Ingredients

  • 6 sausages, (Viennese) calorie-reduced
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink

Instructions

  1. Cut the wiener and onion into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausage, onion and garlic. Add the bell pepper and shortly afterwards the sauerkraut.
  3. Deglaze everything with 600ml vegetable stock and add tomato paste. Let everything simmer for 30 minutes and season with the spices.
  4. At the end maybe add some tomato paste again (depending on how thick the sauce should be)
  5. Everything together has 10 p.
  6. This goes well with pasta, potatoes or potato dumplings, bread dumplings.
