Ingredients
- 7 small potatoes, cooked
- 1 large pickle (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), fresh
- 1 apple, sour
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 0.5 dl ½ mayonnaise
- 1 dl sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 0.5 ½ bunch dill, fresh
- Thyme, fresh

- Dice the potatoes, cucumber, apple and onion. Make a dressing from mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, sugar and the chopped dill. Mix everything and garnish with thyme.
- A recipe from my aunt. Particularly suitable for potato salad lovers who don`t like it with a mayonnaise-heavy flavor. This salad is fresh and tastes even better the next day.
