  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the shallot, garlic cloves and cleaned mushrooms. Fry in butter, pour in the cream and reduce to a creamy sauce over high heat while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Mix in the chopped parsley.
