Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, well chilled
  • some ice cubes
  • some mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sort the raspberries, divide them into 4 glasses and dust with 1 teaspoon each of powdered sugar. Then fill up with well-chilled Prosecco just before serving, add the ice cubes and garnish with a few mint leaves.
