- 2 apples
- 150 ml amaretto
- 0.75 liter ¾ apple juice
- 0.5 liter ½ white wine
- 1 stick (s) vanilla pod (s)

- Core the apples, cut into wedges, let stand in the amaretto for 30 minutes. Bring the apple juice, white wine and vanilla pod to the boil, heat the apples in it, sweeten as desired. Serve in glasses with a sugar rim.
