Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork to a pulp. Place in the bowl with the apple pieces. Make a pit in the middle of the mixture and add the milk and eggs. Using a wooden spoon or hand mixer, slowly stir ingredients from the center to a smooth dough.
  2. Heat some butter or margarine in the pan and add about 6 tablespoons of batter. Leave the pancakes in the pan until the batter has set. Then turn and bake until golden.
  3. Garnish with vanilla ice cream, cinnamon sugar or strawberries, cold or warm, as you like.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
