Ingredients

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 100 ml calvados (or 10 tablespoon)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 5 carnation (s)
  • 2 apples
  • possibly raisins or currants

Instructions

  1. Heat the apple juice with the juice of half a lemon in the saucepan. Dissolve 50 g of sugar in it. Bring the cinnamon stick and the cloves to the boil (if necessary put the cloves in a tea filter).
  2. Meanwhile, peel the 2 apples and cut them into pieces the size of a fingernail, then add these with the calvados to the apple juice and bring to the boil again. If you like, you can also add raisins or currants to the punch.
