  • some nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • a bit salt
  • 110 g butter, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 240 g applesauce
  • 130 g raisins
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Grease a baking pan (20x30cm) with a little butter.
  3. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add oatmeal, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and salt and mix well.
  4. Put butter, sugar and sugar beet syrup in a bowl and beat until frothy. Add egg and applesauce and stir well. Add flour mixture and raisins and work everything into a dough.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the cake tin and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
