- 1 apple
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 0.25 ¼ lemon (s), juice it
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons water

- Measure the apple juice in the mug and heat it in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Wash the apple and cut it into slices. Add to the pot. Add the cinnamon stick and simmer a little. Add the lemon juice. Add the cinnamon, sugar and water, bring to the boil and season to taste.
