Ingredients

  • 2 apples your choice (no green variety)
  • 20 g butter
  • 5 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 100 g cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto, possibly
  • 100 g yourt, low-fat
  • 1 handful biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into 3 - 4 mm thick wedges. Stew with the butter in the saucepan for about 2 minutes. Add the maple syrup, bring to the boil and remove from the stove.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with yoghurt, sugar and possibly amaretto until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  3. Divide the apples with the syrup in bowls and pour the cream over them. Before serving, mash the amarettini and sprinkle over them, this will keep them crispy.
