  • 50 g raisins
  • some cinnamon
  • Icing sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, egg, butter and salt into a crumbly batter. Roughly grate the apples, mix with the lemon juice and raisins and stir into the batter. Place in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. After baking, you can dust them with a little powdered sugar, then they look particularly pretty.
  4. Sufficient for approx. 40 pieces. With us they were gone very quickly, so you can bake twice as much.
