Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped muesli your choice
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed or psyllium
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped low-fat yogurt, 0.1% - 1.5% fat
  • 2 drops milk
  • 0.5 ½ handful raisins
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. First you set up a cereal bowl in which you can put all the ingredients right away.
  2. An apple of your choice is cut into wedges and these then into fine slices. This is followed by the oatmeal, the muesli and, depending on your preference, flea seeds or flax seeds. These are very healthy and good for your digestion!
  3. Then you spoon the yogurt and pour some milk on it. The yoghurt in combination with the milk gives the whole thing a creamy note. Finally, the muesli is decorated with raisins and honey.
  4. Depending on your preference, the muesli can now be stirred or simply nibbled directly.
