- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 2 sprigs mint, fresh
- some lemon balm (some leaves)
- 1 handful crushed ice
- 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy

- Cut the lime into wedges, divide between two glasses, add a sprig of mint and a few leaves of lemon balm and mash everything in the glass.
- Pour the crushed ice into the glasses and top up with apple juice.
