Wheat flour – 250 grams
Apples – 3 Pieces
Potato starch – 1

Vanilla sugar – 5 Grams
Directions
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake.
Pour flour into a bowl.
Add sugar to flour.
Rub cold butter and place in a bowl with flour and sugar.
Grind the butter with flour and sugar until crumbled. It is convenient to do this with a mixer, but the dishes should be deep.
Place 2/3 of the crumbs in a baking paper dish. Mold dia 18-20 cm. Tamp the crumb a little. Submit the mold, as well as the second part of the crumb, for 30 minutes in the cold.
While the dough is cold, prepare the filling. Pour water into a saucepan. Add sugar and starch, stir.
Put the saucepan on the fire and bring the jelly until thick. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Put in jelly, add vanilla sugar and stir.
Remove the crumb form from the refrigerator. Lay out the apple and jelly filling.
Sprinkle the second half of the crumb over the filling.
Bake the pie in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool well. Then cut into portions and serve.
