- 1 apple (Braeburn)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 5 tablespoon apple juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Grate the celery, carrots and the apple. Carrots and celery should be about the same.
- Mix together lemon juice, apple juice, oil and vinegar, mix in and season with salt and pepper.
- Tip:
- If the taste of the celery is too strong for you, you can either grate another apple or mix in some apple juice.
- Halved grapes also taste delicious.
