  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 500 g kefir, lower fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, brush and slice the carrots. Wash the apples, remove the core and dice. Puree the carrot slices and apple cubes in a blender. Add the lemon juice and kefir, mix again and season with the spices.
