  • 50 g semolina (durum wheat)
  • 250 g apples, sour

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Fold in low-fat quark, salt, baking powder and semolina and mix well. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes. Fold in the apples as well.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish. Then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat on the lower rack for about 40 minutes.
