Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 5 m. Apples
  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla), from Natreen
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 150 ml cream - substitute (Leha whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the base and then pour the dough into a prepared springform pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Grate the apples. Bring 300 ml apple juice to a boil. Mix the pudding powder with the remaining juice. Add to the boiling apple juice and stir well (attention: risk of lumps!). Immediately add the apples to the mixture and sweeten with a sweetener to taste. Now distribute the apple mixture on the cooled base and let it cool down. Whip the cream substitute very stiff and distribute it on the cake. Finally dust the cinnamon over it and serve.
