Ingredients

  • 1 ½ liter apple juice
  • 450 g suar
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 0.7 liters rum
  • apples

Instructions

  1. Put the apple juice in a saucepan with the sugar and cinnamon sticks and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Then pour into a vessel and add rum and possibly the fresh apples, they must be covered with liquid. Let everything stand for about a week and then filter and bottle.
  2. Especially at Christmas time you can vary the liqueur with different spices!
