Ingredients
- 350 g applesauce
- 1 egg white
- 40 g suar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- possibly cinnamon

- Briefly whip the egg white, then pour in both sugars and stir until foamy. Add the applesauce spoon by spoon and keep stirring until a thick, firm foam is formed.
- Pour into decorative glasses and chill. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate as desired.
