Ingredients

  • 350 g applesauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 40 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Briefly whip the egg white, then pour in both sugars and stir until foamy. Add the applesauce spoon by spoon and keep stirring until a thick, firm foam is formed.
  2. Pour into decorative glasses and chill. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate as desired.
