Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the apples, cut the apples into thin strips, take a saucepan with a lid, put in the saucepan: apple wedges, sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon bark, lemon peel.
  2. Cook the apples until soft (about 5 minutes).
  3. Let the apple compote get cold.
  4. Put the compote in small bowls and serve it to your guests.
