Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 apple
- 1 handful walnuts
- 100 ml liqueur (wild fruit cream liqueur), e.g. Amarula
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Peel and dice the apple and fry briefly in the butter in the saucepan. Then add the walnuts and deglaze with the liqueur. Reduce the whole thing for a few minutes and season with cinnamon.
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it.
