Apple – Cream Liqueur – Dessert

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 apple
• 1 handful walnuts
• 100 ml liqueur (wild fruit cream liqueur), e.g. Amarula
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the apple and fry briefly in the butter in the saucepan. Then add the walnuts and deglaze with the liqueur. Reduce the whole thing for a few minutes and season with cinnamon.
2. A scoop of vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it.
