  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g honey
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Peel and core both apples and cut into thin slices. Spread the apple slices in a greased baking dish.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet (usually with 0.5 l milk and 40 g sugar). Pour the vanilla pudding onto the apples in the baking dish.
  3. Make crumbles from cinnamon, flour, butter and honey (crumble everything together) and spread on top of the custard.
  4. Place the casserole dish in the oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat, preheated) for 30 minutes. The apple crunchy tastes best warm.
