Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s), diced
- 1 small apple, sour, e.g. Boskoop, diced into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon, heaped flour
- 200 ml milk
- some curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Sweat the onions and apple in butter, sprinkle in the flour and sweat lightly. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Season to taste with curry, sugar, salt and pepper.
