Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon, leveled raw cane sugar
- 100 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 100 ml elderberry juice (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoon powder sweet lupins

- Peel the apple, save a split for the garnish and cut the rest into small pieces. Put in a blender with cane sugar, lemon juice and apple juice and puree finely. Add the elderberry juice and lupine powder and mix everything again vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass, stick the apple wedge on the edge of the glass and serve with a drinking straw.
