Ingredients
- 400 g apples, rouhly rated
- 150 g cane suar
- 2 tablespoon, leveled gingerbread spice
- 150 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
- 150 g cranberries, dried
- 150 g apricot (s), dried (soft apricots), finely chopped
- 100 g raisins
- 60 ml rum
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder

- Put the grated apples with cane sugar, gingerbread spices, walnuts, cranberries, apricots, raisins and rum in a bowl and mix well. Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator overnight!
- The next day, mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the apple mixture.
- Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
