Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 3 apples
  • Oil, for frying
  • powdered sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs, salt, sugar and milk into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel the apples, cut into small slices and mix with the batter. Heat plenty of oil in a pan, place small biscuits from the dough in the hot oil and fry until crispy brown on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.

  4. Peel 5 apples, cut out the core and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Dip the apple slices in the batter given above and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
