Ingredients

  • 600 g apples, (sweet)
  • 400 g kiwi (s), nicely ripe
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and kiwis and cut them very finely. Steam the apples with a little water. Add kiwifruit and sauté briefly. Then add the preserving sugar and puree with the hand blender. (If you like it in pieces, just * mash it *).
  2. Bring everything to a boil, when it boils then let it boil for 3-4 minutes (must bubble) and then fill into glasses and turn them directly upside down.
