Ingredients

  • 1 roll from the day before
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak rolls in water; Peel and core the apple and cut into small pieces. Peel onion and chop finely.
  2. Mix the minced meat, egg, diced onion and bread roll together; then add apple pieces and raisins. Shape the mixture into approx. 8 meatballs and fry on both sides in hot fat.
  3. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and curry.
  4. Serve meatballs with the dip.
  5. Tastes cold or warm!
