Apple Non-alcoholic Mulled Wine

This wonderful hot drink is prepared very quickly and easily! A fragrant and warming non-alcoholic mulled wine made from apple juice prepared with the addition of cloves, cinnamon and star anise, and also supplemented with lemon.

Ingredients

Apple juice – 500 ml
Dried cloves (in buds) – 3 pcs.
Ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
Star anise (star anise) – 1 star
Lemon – 1 pc. (80 g)

Directions

Prepare the food you need. It is best to choose high-quality apple juice – the taste of the finished mulled wine directly depends on it.
Pour the juice into a saucepan, add star anise, cinnamon and cloves. Cover with a lid. Put on high heat and bring to a near boil. Then remove from heat.
Wash the lemon, carefully cut the zest and add it to the pan. Let the drink sit for about 10 minutes.
Delicious and aromatic non-alcoholic mulled wine made from apple juice are ready. Pour it into glasses and serve.
