Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 60 g butter
  • 250 g noodles (ribbon noodles)
  • some cinnamon
  • some fat for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta until al dente. Then melt the butter and mix it with the pasta.
  2. Now separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
  4. Mix the egg yolk - sugar - mixture with the pasta, then fold in the stiff egg white.
  5. Now grate the peeled, pitted apples with a grater and mix with a little cinnamon as desired.
  6. Now only alternate the pasta and apple mixture in a greased baking dish that may be coated with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake the whole thing in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
