- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) baking soda
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 1 egg (s)
- some cinnamon
- butter
- 1 large apple

- Peel the apple and remove the core. Then cut the pulp into very small, thin pieces. If you don`t like pieces, you can also grate the apple.
- Put the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix into a smooth batter. Finally fold in the apple pieces. Let the dough rest briefly.
- Put some butter in a pan and heat it up. Put 2 tablespoons of the dough in each pan and distribute carefully. Turn after approx. 1 minute (caution! It turns brown quickly) and bake briefly on the other side. In this way, use up all of the batter and keep the finished apple pancakes warm.
- If you want, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving on the still warm pancakes.
- Variation: Instead of the apple you can add a pureed banana and instead of cinnamon a tablespoon of honey to the dough.
