  • 200 ml oil
  • 100 ml milk or juice
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 300 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: stir the eggs with sugar until foamy, add the oil and liquid. Sieve flour with baking powder and then stir in. You don`t need a mixer for this, it can also be done very quickly with a whisk.
  2. Peel, core and finely slice 2 apples. Line the round cake tin with a layer of apple slices and spread half of the batter on top. Place the remaining apple slices on top and distribute the remaining dough on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (180 °) for about 45 minutes. Depending on how juicy the apples are, the baking time can also be longer!
