For the topping, peel the apples, remove the core and dice. If necessary, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Stew the apples with butter, sugar and raisins for about 10 minutes. If the mixture is watery, stir in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and bring to the boil again. Then let it cool down. Grease a springform pan and line it with the shortcrust pastry. Put the apple mixture on the dough.
Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
For the bee sting cast, melt the butter, add sugar, honey, milk and flaked almonds and bring to the boil. Spread the icing hot on the apples.
