Ingredients
- 120 g butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 grams flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 kg apples (Pinova)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 200 g cream cheese with yourt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon, leveled cornstarch

- For the dough, knead the butter, sugar, egg yolk, flour and salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Pour into a greased springform pan, push the dough up a little at the edge. Pre-bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a little.
- Peel, core, quarter and slice the apples and drizzle with the lemon juice. Cover the pre-baked base with the apples.
- Mix the pudding with cream cheese, cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of sugar with a whisk, pour over the apples, smooth out and bake for another 40 minutes.
- Let cool a little in the tin.
