Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla semolina -) *
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, (bourbon)
  • 3 large apples, peeled and diced
  • sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Butter the 24 springform pan and cover with breadcrumbs, then store in the refrigerator.
  2. Put all ingredients except the apple cubes in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Carefully fold in the apple cubes and pour everything into the prepared springform pan and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  3. *DANGER! Vanilla semolina pudding powder is ready. If not available, mix 40 g vanilla pudding powder and 40 g semolina.
  4. Then in the middle of the oven for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Tastes best lukewarm.
