Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 170 g whole milk, 3.5% fat
  • 20 g suar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into very small pieces approx. 5 mm.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in the microwave for about 3 minutes at 800 watts. Nibble on the apple peel.
  3. Then mix thoroughly again. If the consistency is too firm for you, you can add a little milk. If you prefer the apple pieces crisp, add them at the end.
  4. Approx. 500 kcal per serving.
