Ingredients
- 6 large apples
- 2 cups whipped cream
- some lemon juice
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- some cinnamon

- Peel the apples, remove the core and grate the pulp. Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and fold into the apple shavings. Season to taste with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and cover and chill.
