Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 60 g butter, (semi-fat butter)
  • 60 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • possibly sweetener
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar
  • 0.5 bag ½ baking powder
  • 3 apples, grated
  • cinnamon
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly raisins

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough out of the ingredients (in the list from flour to baking powder) by hand and roll out thinly with a rolling mill.
  2. Put the filling (apples, cinnamon and possibly sugar and raisins) in the middle of the dough and fold it in on each side.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The seam of the dough should be at the bottom.
  4. Pierce the dough a few times and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven (175 degrees hot air).
  5. The cake has a total of 27 P., that would be 3 P. with 9 pieces per piece.
