Ingredients
- 500 g apples
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 150 g rapes, seedless
- 300 g sour cream
- 300 g yourt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- possibly mint for garnish
- Possibly powdered sugar for garnish

- Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples. Put the lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and cook covered for 10 minutes. Depending on your taste, leave the apple pieces whole or crush the compote with a masher. Season to taste with sugar and cinnamon and let cool down.
- Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Mix the sour cream with the yogurt and vanilla sugar.
- Layer the sour cream and compote in dessert glasses or bowls. Spread the grapes on top and garnish with mint and powdered sugar.
