Ingredients

  • 500 g apples
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 150 g rapes, seedless
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 300 g yourt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • possibly mint for garnish
  • Possibly powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter, core and dice the apples. Put the lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of water in a saucepan and cook covered for 10 minutes. Depending on your taste, leave the apple pieces whole or crush the compote with a masher. Season to taste with sugar and cinnamon and let cool down.
  2. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Mix the sour cream with the yogurt and vanilla sugar.
  3. Layer the sour cream and compote in dessert glasses or bowls. Spread the grapes on top and garnish with mint and powdered sugar.
