Ingredients

  • 100 g suar, (dependin on the sweetness)
  • 1 ½ liter black tea, any kind
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • 1 orange (s), which the juice
  • Carnation
  • Cinnamon, whole
  • possibly calvados

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the sugar in a hot pan and deglaze with the brewed, cold tea. Add the cloves, cinnamon, apple juice and the juices from the lemon and orange and let steep for 10 minutes. Then remove the clove and cinnamon sticks. For the benefit!
  2. If no children are drinking, add some calvados!
