Ingredients

  • 250 g apples, sweet
  • 75 ml apple juice
  • 100 g biscuit (s) (whole rain)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 250 g yourt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 20 g suar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Cook them with the apple juice in a saucepan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until soft. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. In a freezer bag, crumble the biscuits and mix with the cocoa powder by shaking. In a separate bowl, stir the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer the biscuit mixture alternately with the apple compote and yogurt mixture in 4 tall glasses. Dust the top of each glass with cocoa powder.
