Instructions

  1. First you peel the apples and core them. Then you cut them into small pieces, mix them with the raisins (you can also leave them out) and with the sugar and cinnamon.
  2. I put the whole thing in the microwave for 2 minutes just to make sure the apple is nice and soft. But you don`t have to, at least with a softer apple variety (Golden Delicious or similar) you can save yourself that.
  3. Add a few drops of the vanilla aroma to the milk. Brush the yufka leaves with it, then place a quarter of the apple mixture on a yufka leaf and roll up. Brush with milk every now and then when rolling it up.
  4. Now you have 4 rolled-up dumplings, which you put in a baking dish and spread with milk again.
  5. Put the whole thing in the oven, 175 degrees hot air, about 20 minutes (just make sure that they don`t get too dark). If the bags look quite dry, simply brush them with milk again during the baking process.
  6. For dessert everyone gets 2 apple bags, for WW-fans 2 of these bags together only have 1.5 P.
