Ingredients
- 250 g quark, lean
- 1 bottle Cremefine vanilla for whipping
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 apple
- 10 tablespoon applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Beat the cremefine until it has a creamy consistency (like whipped cream). Then fold in the quark, sugar and applesauce.
- Peel and core the apple and cut into small pieces. Fold under the quark cream.
- Depending on the occasion, either fill the quark dish into 4 serving bowls or serve in a medium-sized bowl.
- As a decoration, you can spread a few apple quarters on it and dust some cinnamon over it.
- Let the food rest in the refrigerator for approx. 15 minutes.
