Ingredients

  • 150 ml cream
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 drops vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 apple
  • 70 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apple, then cut into roughly 1 cm pieces.
  2. Add milk, cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, vanilla flavor, salt, butter, and apple pieces to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, about 5 minutes.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low. Slowly add the semolina while stirring continuously.
  4. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the porridge thickens and returns to a gentle boil.
  5. Divide the porridge into bowls or plates. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
