Ingredients

  • 175 g applesauce
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 dash water if necessary

Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from the first six ingredients. If this becomes too firm when kneading, simply add a dash of water. Then let rise for 90 minutes.
  2. Form rolls from the dough and place on a prepared baking sheet. Score each with a sharp knife.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
